Return & Exchange Policy
At MIMASA, We pour love into every piece we make, and we want you to love it too! We follow strict quality checks and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.
We therefore follow a "no return" policy. However, we do issue credit notes in case a customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase (subject to approval).
Exchange Disclaimer
- A request for an exchange has to be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Size exchange only - for incorrect sizing or manufacturing defects. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- All sale & made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.
To request an exchange, please email us at mimasabypalak@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if:
- The product appears used or damaged
- Tags or packaging are missing
- The request is outside the eligible timeframe

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
- Inspect the package upon delivery. If there’s a visible issue, notify the delivery agent and leave a remark.
- Email us at mimasabypalak@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, including details and clear photographs.
- Keep the product, packaging, and invoice safe until we provide return instructions.
- Do not send any products back without written confirmation from our team. Once the return is verified, we will guide you on the next steps.
Reverse Pick Up & Delivery
- We shall get the product picked up and send out the exchanged garment as soon as we receive the product from your end.
- The courier charges in case of exchanges have to be borne by the customer.
- In case the customer has received an incorrect or damaged product, no reverse pick up charges shall be applicable.
Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted.
Products
All products listed on www.mimasaindia.com are handcrafted. As such, there may be minor variations in color due to vary in computer screens, tablets, and mobile devices. Such variations are natural and reflect the handmade nature of our pieces.
